A balanced practice that brings together the best of both worlds: energising movement and deep relaxation.
We begin with a gentle Yang-inspired flow to build strength, mobility, and warmth in the body. As the practice unfolds, we gradually slow down, transitioning into longer Yin holds that encourage release, stillness, and restoration.
This class is designed to help you find balance—between effort and ease, movement and rest, strength and surrender.

Your Teacher & Host Marta
Hi, I’m Marta
I teach Pilates and Yoga, and when I’m not doing that, you’ll usually find me somewhere near the ocean.
My movement journey started with yoga back in 2011 while I was training in Goa, and over the years it naturally expanded into Pilates. I'm trained in STOTT Pilates Reformer and Pilates Matwork (I, II), and I love combining the two worlds: strength and mobility, challenge and ease, effort and breath.
What I enjoy most about teaching is helping people feel more at home in their bodies. Whether you're looking to build strength, move with more confidence, recover from an injury, improve your posture, or simply carve out some time for yourself, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported and welcome.
My classes are mindful but not too serious. Expect movement that feels good, plenty of breathing, a few wobbly moments, some laughs, and hopefully that lovely feeling of leaving class a little stronger, a little lighter, and more connected to yourself.
